Return and Refund Policy
At Prakrut India, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every tote bag we manufacture. However, if our product does not meet your expectations, our dedicated team is here to assist you with a seamless return process.
1. Return Window
You have an exclusive window of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your tote bag.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure fairness and hygiene, your item must be:
- Completely unused and in the pristine condition that you received it.
- Resting in its original premium packaging, with all brand tags untouched.
Note: Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized tote bags cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
3. Initiating a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at prakrutindia@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request. If the item is defective, kindly attach a clear photograph so our quality assurance team can review it immediately.
4. The Refund Process
Once your returned tote bag arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding your refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
